Aldershot, Westgate - The town centre scheme will provide a Morrisons foodstore, seven-screen Cineworld cinema, 91-bed Travelodge hotel and eight restaurants. All sub-structure works have now been completed and big changes will be seen on site soon as the superstructure is erected. Completion is due late 2012.
September 2011
The Royals, Travelodge - Construction of the 131-bed standalone Travelodge hotel in the Royals Business Park, London has begun. Practical completion is due in time for the Olympics in 2012.
Valencia, Travelodge - Completion of the 116-bed Travelodge hotel was achieved.

Barcelona, Travelodge - Vopi started works on site for the 250-bed Travelodge hotel. Completion is due early 2013.

Sheerness, Sainsbury’s - Public consultation exhibition held for the proposed redevelopment of a former industrial site in Halfway, Sheerness into a Sainsbury’s foodstore with associated parking and a petrol filling station.

Anibal Maseda completed his 1,400 mile cycle ride from London to Rome. The trip raised £14,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.

A team from Citygrove and Legal & General reached the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro. They raised £35,000 for the Variety Club Children’s Charity which will pay for two specialist mini buses.
The Big Aldershot Art Competition was held involving the local community from the Borough of Rushmoor.
