Citygrove secured planning consent for the retail development following a successful planning appeal. Citygrove had acquired a short lease to a car showroom that was surrendered and a new 125 year ground lease was granted to enable the development to proceed.

The site was pre-let to Currys and was sold to a private family trust for £7.15 million.
