Citygrove is proposing the development of a Sainsbury’s foodstore with associated car parking and a petrol filling station, on the former HBC Engineering works in Halfway, Sheernes on the Isle of Sheppey. This regeneration scheme will represent an investment of £25 million for the island and create 400 new jobs.
