Citygrove has successfully negotiated a forward funding agreement with Legal and General for the scheme, which incorporates an 86,512 sq ft Morrisons foodstore, 7-screen Cineworld cinema, 91-bed Travelodge hotel, 8 restaurants and parking for 500 cars in an undercroft car park.
